First photo was taken after I had lost about 14lbs… Second was taken today….
Got a LONG way to go yet.. But I’ve come a long way too! its good to stop and remind myself of that! :)

I think one of the most important things I’ve learned is that if you have time to exercise now, do it. Don’t plan it for later in the day. Something might change and then you’ll regret not working out earlier.
